In 2007, this walk has been chosen out 600 walks as "The most beloved walk in Austria". The walk leads us over flower-covered high-pastures covered with beautiful views over the highest mountains in Austria.

Alpine Flower Walk
Take a dive in the interesting world of alpine flowers. Where they come from, how they survive, human influence, geological and climatic changes of the past and present are few of the subjects during this walk.
For everybody who shares a passion for nature and flowers and like to share it with others.
Fascination Ice: Glacier Walk
Learn more about the most eastern and northern glacier of the Alps. About its life (movement, forming of
crevasses), its problems (melting) and much more. It's one of the most fascinated mountain experiences at 10,000 ft.
Ascending / descending with the Gondola. Everybody gets a harness for safety reasons. No crampons needed. This walk is also suitable for non-glacier experienced walkers. With mountain guide.
Youth Spring Walk
- Kamplbrunn (1990m.)
For thousands of years, an ice-cold spring has risen from the ground near the slopes of the Bischofsmütze. Popular legend would have it, whosoever drinks its waters, or even bathes in it, will immediately turn 10 years younger.

The perfect combination between being active in the mountains and enjoying the local specialities, which are being served in the traditional huts along the way. Just for you.
Walk A: Filzmoos - Sulzenalm - Hofalm - back on the Wanderbus. appr. 3,5 h.

Walk B: Filzmoos - Sulzenalm - Bachlalm - back on the Wanderbus. appr. 4 h.

Sunrise Walk
We will drive per bus towards the Bachlalm, from where we will walk towards the Sulzenhals.
At the Sulzenhals we will admire the mountains and the beautiful sunrise. Afterwards, we’ll walk down to the Wallehenhütte, where breakfast is waiting for us. With several products from their own farm, we are strengthened to walk back to Filzmoos.

Exploring your senses
"Experience Filzmoos with all your senses" is this walk's theme. Hear, see, feel, smell and taste. During this walk we activate our senses. The smell of different herbs, the feeling of walking barefooted over high-pastures.

Walking in blue, red and black
A small aid in choosing the right tour fitting your condition, technique and age.
BLUE: easy walking paths, approximately 2 hours walking till the next Hut. Mostly not more than 1200 ft ascending r descending.
RED: intermediate walks, with more than 2 hours till the next hut. Partialy over small and steep paths. Maximum ascending or descending 2500 ft. Suitable for everybody with the right boots.
BLACK: Mountain trips or difficult walks, mostly over 4 hours till the next hut. Mostly on small and steep paths. You need to be secure in your steps and not suffer from vertigo. Suitable for experienced walkers with the right equipment.
Equipment
For all walks:
walking boots, backpack packed with enough to drink, raincover en perhaps a little snack.
