Nordic Walking reduces the weight on the joints and muscles because of the poles we use. Therefor it's a perfect start to get in shape.
We show you the basic technics of Nordic Walking, aspecialy the use of the poles.

Nordic Walking has many advantages: besides the endurance, also your leg- and arm muscles are being trained.
With the poles, een the upper body has it's work-out. The poles also take away weight from the joints.
