Day Walks
Filzwiese
From Filzmoos, we'll walk through the forest towards Filzwiese, where we'll find an original landscape. Closeby there's a traditional mountain hut

Kramer Sattel (1947m.)
We take the Wanderbus to the Hofalm, ascend to the Linzerweg. Than further towards the Hofpürgelhut till the not-marked junction where we go on a unmarked, sometimes difficult trail to the Kramersattel (1954m) from where we have a rare view on the Gosau Lake and the Big Gosau Glacier. We descend over the same trail and go to the Hofpürgelhut before we get to the Hofalm.

Schwarze Lacke
Legend woudl have it, there lies a golden chest in the black lake that's only visible a couple of days a year.
We'll take the chairlift up and down.

Sulzenalm
A picturesque walk over high pastures covered in flowers. The Wallehen hut is a traditional hut with lovely views on the Bischofsmütze and High Tauern.

Durch die "Höll"
The roaring water falls of the Talbach Gorge and the spectacular "Höll" make sure the new "water learning trail" is an informative adventure.

Tappenkarsee (1800m.)
Not far from Filzmoos lies the Jäger Lake, from where we'll walk to one of the most scenic mountain lakes of Austria; Tappenkar Lake.

 Walking in blue, red and black
A small aid in choosing the right tour fitting your condition, technique and age.
BLUE: easy walking paths, approximately 2 hours walking till the next Hut. Mostly not more than 1200 ft ascending r descending.
RED: intermediate walks, with more than 2 hours till the next hut. Partialy over small and steep paths. Maximum ascending or descending 2500 ft. Suitable for everybody with the right boots.
BLACK: Mountain trips or difficult walks, mostly over 4 hours till the next hut. Mostly on small and steep paths. You need to be secure in your steps and not suffer from vertigo. Suitable for experienced walkers with the right equipment.
Equipment
For all walks:
walking boots, backpack packed with enough to drink, raincover en perhaps a little snack.
